I have a passion for serving others in my job, in my community and across the globe. I actively volunteer at Heartland Church and programs that they offer to help my local community as well as those all across Kentucky, St. Louis and Indianapolis. I am also involved with a local charity Beyond Uganda that helps empower the women and children of Uganda to make a better life for themselves. My Husband and I don't have any children of our own but we sponsor several children through Compassion International and Beyond Uganda. We have been fortunate enough to make several trips to Uganda to visit them and serve in their communities.
I love to further my knowledge whenever I can. I attended Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, GA for general studies, Macon State College in Macon, GA where I received an Associates of Science degree, and WKCTC for business studies.
In my spare time I love to travel to new places and explore new food with family. Wherever we go I like to find a local bakery for a yummy cupcake or a delicious French macaron.
